Do you take instructor-led courses and turn them into e-learning courses?
Yes. I have converted many instructor-led courses into eLearning and blended courses. Take a look in my portfolio under Higher Education. Most of those courses started off as instructor-led. Please note that converting ILT to other mediums of delivery requires much more than just plugging in the ILT content into an electronic format.
